The Jewish Center of Teaneck is first and foremost the spiritual and religious home of its members.

As such, it is the responsibility of the Religious Committee to supervise the conduct the Center's twice-a-day minyan, as well as Shabbat, Festival and High Holy Day services.  

This responsibility is carried out in close communication with Rabbi Lawrence Zierler, Rabbi of the Jewish Center.  Rabbi Lawrence Zierler has the ultimate authority to determine all questions of halacha for the Center.

The Religious Committee also works closely with other Center committees in order to provide meaningful, joyous and uplifting activities and programming during the course of the year.
