The Personnel Committee supervises the hiring and retention of all paid Center Personnel.

It makes recommendations to the Board of Trustees regarding engagement and continuance or discontinuance of employment, and makes recommendations in other such personnel matters where applicable.

The Personnel Committee includes the chairperson of the Center’s Standing Committees, as well as such additional persons as are appointed by the President.
