The Adult Education Committee sponsors, lectures, cultural events  and mini courses that appeal to families as well as older and younger congregants.The committee often hosts evening concerts featuring some aspect of Jewish music.

The Scholar in Residence Shabbaton with dinner and lectures on a Friday, a sermon by a scholar at Saturday service, with lecture after Shabbat lunch is very well attended.

The committee often works together with major Jewish outreach organizations to host lectures on aspects of Jewish spirituality and the role of the Jews in the world.

Our rabbi gives lectures and courses on interesting and timely topics usually pertaining to the holidays, the Torah, or items on religious and historical significance.

The goal is not only to provide adult education lectures, but also meals and events where the entire family can join in.  A list of programs is available from the office.
